You can modify the information on your Isura Hair account by clicking on “Your account”. Enter your user ID and your password and, once you are logged in, click on “My profile” to change or delete information.
If you want to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service where an adviser will assist you with the steps to follow.

It is easier to track your orders and you can add items to your wishlist. 

Returns and exchanges are subject to prior approval within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
(i) Any refund or exchange request must be sent by email to info@isurahair.com;
(ii) No refund or exchange will be given for wigs that have already been used and whose lace is cut and is not in its original condition at the time of purchase; and
(iii) Shipping costs upon purchase are non-refundable and shipping costs for any return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. 

Most of our wig are handmade with a sewing machine. They are also 12 A grade virgin hair with cuticule aligned. They are available in HD or TRANSPARENT LACE.
